At TheKinetixx, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or customized products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll review your request and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us first.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
